Hottest temps ever.....in Europe
Ramping up to around 100° F around 38°C......but the cellar is staying in the 60's....17°C, or so. Humidity low and the heatwave will not last long. We are lucky, most Dutch houses do not have a geothermally cooled underground cellar. It acts as a big cooler for the whole house in summer and keeps temps above 50°F in winter.

Before they close the indoor swimming pool in Varsseveld for the summer for cleaning and maintenance they allow dogs and their owners in for a swim...... https://www.gelderlander.nl/oude-ijsselstreek/ruim-300-honden-plonzen-met-hun-baasje-in-het-varsseveldse-van-pallandtbad~abc4c081/ The pool has an adjustable bottom and it is set for 20 cms, so the dogs can stand. Quite civilised, eh ?
