 School bus in the Netherlands.....there are no 'big yellow' diesel powered schoolbusses, no 'soccer' mums lined up in their air-conditioned SUVs , engines idling, waiting to pick up kids from school at 3pm. Most local elementary schools are within one or two kilometers, if schools farther away the kids take their bikes or use public transportation.
