Local opposition to solar parks on agricultural land

Spring is trying.......very trying

It's still pretty cold and wet this May. Ukatani backs onto a neighbour's 'nature' area. The area cant be developed and owners are planting native tees and wild flowers to attract more insects and animals. The Lilac is blooming and smells wonderful. We just seeded with wildflowers and it will be six weeks or so before they flower.  The bicycle paths through private land are maintained by volunteers who mow, clean, rake, trim,.  Someone knitted/crocheted a wrap for a large oak on nearby path. We reckon that the large barns and industrial rooftops are a better place for solar electric panels, rather than installing them on open active agricultural land. Problem is infrastructure......getting the electricity produced into the grid and distributed.
