52° N, Maarten continues to convert/upgrade the basement/mancave

Laminate floor going down.  Maarten doing a really good job.
There is a big old iron wood burning stove, originally used to heat the basement/workshop.  It still has an existing flue pipe.  We may end up installing a wood pellet burning stove here.

Wall painting continues.  The old machine is to cut mortises in the old oak beams.
Previous owner specialized in timber and barn framing construction and had large heavy machinery down here.

The sub panel to left of water softner is 380 volts for the old woodworking machines.
Most of the plumbing and electrical is exposed, making repairs and additions relatively easy.
