Had to up the output for these colder conditions ....LPG fired, battery ignition, 12 litres a minute at full water pressure/40° C . (could boil shrimp and crabs, or crawfish with that, eh, Ripper?)....can move it anywhere, right now for testing it is hanging on the barn wall.
They have improve those tank less water heaters a lot over the years. The one I installed back in 1988 had issues and when your wife is in the shower and it suddenly turns cold the outcome isn't nice!!! Most of the problems was a diaphragm in the control valve that sensed when water flow would start. The rubber it was made from would deteriorate and cause it fail.
