Solar panel ground array experiment...translucent bifacial panels.

The Netherlands is a very small country and would fit into Florida about 3.4 times.
Land is precious, planned and managed intensely,
Renewable energy is a hot topic and there is a lot of oppositon to using agricultural land, woods, or farms and other vacant land for ground solar arrays.
Solar panel arrays are usually are usually installed on roof tops of commercial buildings, factories, barns alongside highways and railroads.  Some countries have installed them on water, in lakes and on the sea.

There is a local experiment to try and install bifacial translucent panels that produce power from both sides and allow multiple use of the land around and under the panels. Very tricky.
We have 8 large wind turbines in sight of our place, on former agricultural farms and they are in the process of converting the land around the turbines back to nature.
