26° N Belly full of local crab, at Wendie's

Had a farewell crab feast at Wendie and Keith Bishop.
Local crabs, stone crab and spider crab.
Locals don't eat the spider crab, but I do.

Stone crab claws on left, Spider crab claws on right, i prefer the spiders.
Stone crab claws $48/lb, no commercial market for the spiders, but I like them better.
(Stone crab fishery is sustainable. One of the two claws of legal size is removed and crab is returned to ocean to grow another.)

Stubbo enjoyed the visit. He likes to look at the ocean now, but does not swim or go in past his knees anymore.
